Responsibilities Include:

·        Understanding customers requirements and concerns and matching requirements to clients needs

·         Make the customer comfortable with the sales process and keep customer informed and updated during the purchase of their vehicle

·        Maintain a follow up system which encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
